Extrema Ratio's Requiem is another in their series of light weight fixed blades. This is a tactical/multi-purpose knife/sheath that has been streamlined. This makes the Requiem a plus when you need to consider weight. Even with the streamlining, the Requiem is a strong blade.
BLADE
The Requiem has a well designed spear point blade sharpened on one side. Has jimping that extends into the handle so you can exert extra pressure and/or better control. To further decrease the weight, without sacrificing strength, there is a fuller (blood groove) on each side.
HANDLE
The Requiem's handle has a slender, streamlined shape. It still provides a good grip while reducing the total knife weight. Has a rubber-like feel and texture to insure you have a positive grip even with wet hands. Lower guard (with a lanyard hole) to protect your hand. Made of Forprene.
SHEATH
The distinctive Aspis nylon sheath is also streamlined to decrease weight. A light weight sheath designed to compliment the streamlined Requiem. Has an easily activated sheath lever for a quick knife release. Also has two multi-positioned clips so your Requiem is easily inserted into MOLLE loops.
