We Knife Company has been around the game for a long time but has only recently begun manufacturing their own designs. They started by manufacturing OEM designs for other companies and have gained a reputation in the industry as a name you can rely on. The Stonefish is an unassuming fixed blade poised to strike with deadly intentions, just like the poisonous fish for which it's named. It's a very versatile all-around design, able to handle hunting, survival, combat, and utility tasks equally well. This is thanks to the drop point blade possessing a sharp stabbing tip and plenty of belly, combined with a very ergonomic handle. The dual finger grooves and curved shape really conform to the hand and you have a well-executed finger guard if all else fails. Finally, a jimped thumb ramp and finger choil allow for safe handling when performing fine detail work, which this knife is very capable of as well. It's a design by Michael Elmer that we think deserves a spot in your rotation. This knife rocks!
