The Kobold from Indonesian knife designer Sebastian Irawan is a very capable EDC blade that hits a lot of sweet spots. It has incredibly smooth action, a comfortable handle, a unique aesthetic, and a versatile sub-three-inch blade that will get just about every job done. The thumb slot is slightly difficult to use with the thumb but perfectly fine for middle finger flicking and we love how the cutting edge is below your hand when you grip the knife. It makes for easier and more effective cutting with less effort and something about the look is also quite nice. The Kobold comes complete with a sculpted titanium pocket clip, titanium backpacker with integral lanyard loop, and replaceable lockbar insert/overtravel arrestor. It's a knife that is built to withstand the test of time and we highly recommend it to be your next EDC choice.
