All of the materials are sourced in the USA. The 154CM stainless steel blade is cryogenically heat treated to a Rockwell of 57-59 then hand honed to a razor-sharp edge. The handles are offered in a high-quality G10 G-Mascus material that offers exceptional wear resistance and beauty. G-Mascus is a material comprised of composite layers that are distributed in a way that when machined, leave a Damascus-like surface pattern. G10 as a base composite offers proven durability, is nearly impervious to chemical and moisture damage and is colorfast. Each grip is carefully sculpted for outstanding ergonomics, ensuring that your Hogue knife is comfortable and secure in use.
