All of the knives in the Eskiltuna Sweden EKA402503 Cuisine Set have razor-sharp knife blades made by the Swedish Sandvik steel for a long lasting edge. the handles are made by a single piece of Scandinavian curly birch wood, hand oiled and polished.
The set includes: 8 3/4″ blade Carving knife, 8 3/4″ serrated blade Bread knife, 8 1/2″ flexible blade Filet knife, 7 1/2″ blade Chefs knife, 6″ Peeler, 2 5/8″ blade Paring knife, 10 1/2″ overall length Carving Ford with 3 1/2″ tines. Store knives on a magnet stip or in a block (not included).
These knives should be hand washed under running water not in a sink of water or dishwater and dried immediately and on occasion apply natural oils to keep the shaft bright and shiny.
