he Fulcrum S has a shorter blade and will weigh slightly lighter in your hand than the full size Fulcrum. Even though it is a smaller version of the full size Fulcrum, you will notice it has the same characteristics as the larager Fulcrum.
The Fulcrum S has a strong, sharp edge terminating in a strong, modified Tanto point. The blade has a serrated section near the handle that is 1.73 inches (mm 43.94) in length – great for rope cutting.
This Fulcrum S blade is black with the addition of laser engravings creating a geometric design. Extrema Ratio guarantees this finish to be as durable as their black (Testudo) coating.
THE HANDLE
The Fulcrum S has a generous handle ergonomically designed to give you a firm, positive grip. The tang is extended to culminate in a lanyard hole. The handle measures almost 5 inches (mm 124.46) – not including the window breaker. A double guard protects your hand.
THE SHEATH
The sheath for this Fulcrum S is a double sheath and has a matching desert color. The inner sheath (where the knife rides) is a hard sheath and has automatic retention. The outer sheath is a very heavy duty nylon sheath, MOLLE compatible, with leg strap and protective flap. You can remove this flap if desired.
