Razor edged knife with a large and rounded blade, it is more versatile than specialist skinners but still proves to be ideal for the meat. The almost four millimeter clip-point blade shows great robustness while the handle, made of wooden scales fixed with brass rivets, neither forces nor tires the hand out. At the back there is also a very handy lanyard hole.
