ABOUT OUR SHIPPING CHARGES
The items we sell at the Cutting Edge Knives are relatively high in value and vary greatly in weight. Our intent is to charge you about what it costs us to ship it and we have set up this page to help you in determining costs.

LEGAL ISSUES
You must be 18 years old to order from us. Some locations may have more restrictive laws and you are responsible for knowing and following those laws. By placing an order with us you are agreeing that you have read our terms and that you accept legal responsibility for owning the item you have ordered in the State to which we deliver it.

Cutting Edge Knives Shipping Charges:
Aramex Couriers : $16 for the first item - $2 per extra item thereafter – optional insurance may be chosen Aramex Couriers send out tracking information via email. Aramex Couriers require a signature upon delivery so DO NOT deliver to PO Box or Parcel lockers. If you require delivery to a PO Box or Parcel locker then please choose the Australia Post shipping Option.

Australia Post Insured : $22 base rate - $4 per extra item thereafter - insurance is included with all purchases at the rate of $1.50 per $100 value of purchase. Australia Post send out tracking information via email. This option is the quickest for rural areas within Australia which are outside Fastway’s normal delivery areas.

We recommend that you choose insurance for all your orders.

CEK accept no responsibility for lost items if the customer has not chosen to insure the items purchased.

 Available - this means the item is either on the shelf or needs to be ordered in which usually takes around 7-14 days.

Most packages ship within 2 to 14 business days from when your payment clears. Please consider the maximum time for shipping before placing your order.
The web site is automatically set up to send you the following emails to update you on the progress of your shipment

Pending - sent when you make the order
Approved - sent when payment has been received
Shipped - sent when shipment has been taken to the post office

International Shipments
We ship around the world with Australia Post! We charge $46 flat fee for international postage. Insurance and registration are extras calculated at the postage section of the website.

Swords are not shipped overseas. International packages have been averaging about 10 to 21 days in transit.

CEK Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us in its original, new and unused condition within 14 days. Include the manufacturer's packaging. We will give you a refund less 30% for re-stocking fees (less any shipping fees and/or promotional discounts) We will make the refund through PayPal, if that is how you paid, or back into your bank account.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product proves to be defective please return it for a refund/replacement. If you have used a product for a while and have warranty issues with the manufacturer, you may need to contact that manufacturer directly.

If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.
