Strong as an ox, this everyday carry knife won’t back down. Whatever the day throws at you, the Oxcart is built to handle it. This design from Robert Carter features Assisted Opening and a frame lock in a durable stainless steel handle that can take a beating.
Built to be ambidextrous, the Oxcart features a reversible pocket clip for right or left-handed carry. When it’s time to go to work, the Assisted Opening mechanism propels the blade into position in the blink of an eye, where it’s then held in place by a sturdy frame lock. When opening and closing, the action is extra smooth thanks to IKBS bearings.
The blade is easy to sharpen and takes an edge incredibly well thanks to Japanese AUS-8 steel, which is strong and exceptionally resilient to rust. Weighing in at under 5 ounces, the Oxcart combines that strength with an impressively lightweight build to fit the needs of a true everyday carry folding knife.
